Praise:

1) FOR COMPLETION OF THE BANNA PRIMER REWRITE: We only had to rewrite 53 lessons, then make a few changes in the remaining 40 lessons to make the Banna primers useful for teaching people to read in the new spelling system. We finished this on Friday, February 17.

2) FOR OUR FIRST GOOD RAIN: Late yesterday afternoon it started raining and continued through the night. Praise God for this sign of His mercy, and please continue to pray for adequate rain for the whole horn of East Africa.

Prayer Needs:

1) We began revising the translation of Acts this morning. Please ask God to guide us by His Spirit. We need patience and humility to really listen to each other. Pray that we will communicate well with each other and prayerfully seek the very best wording for each text.

2) Please continue to pray that my flight back to Addis Ababa, scheduled for March 4th, will go as planned so that I can catch my flight to the USA on March 6th. Please also continue to pray for my mother's well-being, and for the safe arrival of colleagues Trent & Tabby Cox's first baby in late April.
