Frustrations and Accomplishments

After returning home from Ethiopia, I discovered that a lot of things weren't working the way I wanted them to on my new computer. (Remember my hard disk died a week before I left for Ethiopia.) But with lots of help I now have CARLA up and running. I've been going through our revision of Banna Luke, chapters 1-5, correcting spelling in the lexicon and writing new rules so CARLA will put out an even better draft in the future.

With my nephew's help, I made several revisions to my website, including getting my own domain. I still want to add photos from my last two visits to Ethiopia.

For the first time, I have successfully put together a power point presentation. I had the privilege of sharing in two supporting churches in October, and two more in November. I am always grateful for these opportunities to make known more of what God is doing in Ethiopia, and in my life. I still count it a very great privilege to be involved in getting His Word into the hands and hearts of people.

Prayer Requests:
  • For God's anointing as I share in churches;
  • For His provision to get all my computer programs working properly;
  • For wisdom regarding some possible changes in the approach to Aari ministry.
